H&M Jersey Dress

I literally never wear dresses, like ever. I have only ever had one in my wardrobe and its been there since 2008. Obviously extremely short now, and rather old and decaying. Blue and flowery too may I just add! Then I popped one on again for Prom in 2012. Understandably a much more dressy one!

But recently I took the plunge and purchased a new dress from H&M. I adore this shop, more or less half my wardrobe is H&M. Its affordable but good quality and I love all their designs and styles.

At a mere £.799 I couldnt really say no! Its perfect for dressing up for parties and meals as the sheer bit is not too low down that its revealing but it adds that extra ooofmt! Its also great for casual wear with winter boots and a scarf and coat. I plan on purchasing it in another colour when I head to H&M next as I just love this dress!

Most eventful year of my life

2012 for me, has been the most scariest, busiest and eventful year of my life so far. I cant even comprehend everything what has happened. And I don't mean little things, serious life changes have happened.

I left school. Which to me always seemed a very long far away. But no, it actually happened. The thought that I am never going back to do them lessons over again, I mean wow. Its scary. I wouldn't really say I miss it. I certainly don't miss the people. But I have started a new chapter in my life now.

Ive started college. Well A-Levels. The thought of going to college honestly used to render me petrified. And I cant believe how quick of a change its been for me! Ive settled in so quickly its surprising. I have never knew what I wanted to do with my life, so making this decision didn't come naturally to me, I ended up picking A Levels in history, sociology and literature. It was so scary when I first started, the endless interviews and open days, but I've gone through it now. And got my place. Although I seriously didn't think A Levels would be this hard. I mean it, they are super duper hard work.

I got a job. Starting my job was the scariest thing Ive done ever. It was absolutely petrifying. The application process and then the interview. I was so nervous for my interview honestly. But I had prepared pretty well, it wasn't as bad as I thought. But I still haven't settled in fully. And its the worse. Starting a job is probably the scariest thing anyone ever does in their entire life. Okay I know it isn't some kind of mega boosting career job, but still. My first day I was so frightened, got really bad stomach ache, and still did 2 months after. But all in all I am so proud of myself for going with it, and just trying to be confident with it.

I completed my GSCES and got my results. From the day I started year 11 I was always bricking it for results day, and it came closer and closer. Waiting outside rendered me speechless, but I got them. After months and months of revising everything ended. I wouldn't say I did as good as I wanted to, but I didn't do worse.

Well Prom happened too. I never knew if I was going to go or not. I didn't get my dress until like May and it was on the 4th of July, so we had an independence day theme (cheesy or what) But honestly so far in my life it has been the best day/night I have ever had. So fun!

Okay maybe all these things sound quite little. But they all happened in 1 year. 365 days. So much change has happened. 2012, the most eventful year of my life it shall be know as.
Happy New Year everyone,
love me.
